Supply of engines with the highest possible efficiency, using our own ULFC (Ultralow Fuel Consumption) technology
Our engines, designed to meet the EU’s Stage 5 emission standards for industries, are upgraded one notch higher from those designed to meet the US Tier 4 standards by enhancing output by 10-20% and improving fuel efficiency by at least 7%. Our engines, designed to meet Euro 6/VI for vehicles (trucks and buses), boast of at least 10% higher fuel efficiency than their peers.
Application of post-treatment SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system that has enhanced NOx reduction efficiency by up to 98% for minimization of royalty for using EGR technology and expense paid by consumers
We succeeded in strategic cost reduction by doing away with the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system. We also enhanced the durability/reliability of our engines by getting rid of the chronic risk of heat stress associated with the use of EGR. We improved the fuel efficiency of our vehicles and equipment by using SCR, which boasts of 98% fuel efficiency, the highest of its kind in the world.
Maximization of customer value with our own post-treatment (DPF+SCR) system
Our engines are compact and can be easily mounted on the equipment with the use of a very efficient post–treatment system. They use DPF (Diesel Particle Filter), which should be used as per the relevant standards. Our engines have minimized factors of inconvenience experienced by customers and expense to be paid by customers by lengthening the cycle of recycling concerning removal of dust particles and the cleaning cycle.
