Supply of engines with the highest possible efficiency, using our own ULFC (Ultralow Fuel Consumption) technology
Our engines designed to meet the EU’s Stage 5 emission standards for industry have been upgraded one notch higher than those designed to meet the US Tier 4 standards by improving their output by 10-20% and their fuel efficiency by at least 7%. Meanwhile, our engines designed to meet the Euro 6/VI for vehicles (trucks and buses) boast at least 10% higher fuel efficiency than their rivals.
The introduction of a post-treatment SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system has enhanced NOx reduction efficiency by up to 98%, thereby minimizing royalties paid for the use of EGR technology while reducing customer costes.
We have achieved a significant strategic cost reduction by dispensing with the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system. We have also enhanced the durability and reliability of our engines by eliminating the chronic risk of heat stress associated with the use of EGR. We have improved the fuel efficiency of our vehicles and equipment by using SCR, which boasts 98% fuel efficiency, the highest of its kind in the world.
Maximization of customer value with our own post-treatment (DPF+SCR) system
Our engines are compact and can be easily mounted on equipment thanks to the adoption of a highly efficient post–treatment system. They use DPFs (Diesel Particle Filter), which must be installed according to the relevant standards. We have minimized both customer inconvenience and customer costs by lengthening the cycle of recycling concerning the removal of dust particles from our engines as well as the cleaning cycle.
